It all began with eye twitching for months and waking up in the middle of the night for no reason
For months, I was having left eye twitching, waking up in the middle of the night for no reason and was having a hard time getting up in the morning. I was dabbling in my bed, wasting time on social media, etc. All bad things accumulate fast. I started procrastinating a lot. I was looking for a way out of this anxiety loop and while searching on the Internet I have came across the idea of “meditation”.
To be honest, at first, I was skeptical about meditation and it sounded like “mumbo jumbo” to me. But waking up in the middle of the night for no reason all the time and an annoying eye twitching for months I was desperate. So, I tried deep breathing exercises for a couple of days and tried to stay in the moment as much as I can as a noob. It felt “better” after doing it a couple of days. So, that gave me hope. So I have started searching for a more “pro” approach on meditation. That’s when I stumbled upon Lumenate.

Because I don’t see a reason to be anxious but here I am. Anyways, anything to get me out of waking up in the middle of the night for no reason and eye twitching for months…
